What we collect
Phone number or email, profile details you enter (name, photos, vibes, manifesto), device identifiers, and basic usage analytics.
ID verification
When you choose verification we briefly process a government ID (Passport/Aadhaar) solely to confirm your identity. The ID file is permanently deleted within 24 hours of verification.
How we use data
To run matching, deliver chats, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your data to advertisers.
Sharing
Only with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run Pace (hosting, SMS delivery, payment), all under data-processing agreements.
Retention
Profile data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Chat logs are deleted 30 days after the conversation expires.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data anytime from Me → Help & support.
