1. Acceptance
By tapping continue or using Pace, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Pace.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use Pace. You must provide accurate information and use the app for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share your login. Notify us of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
No harassment, hate speech, impersonation, spam, paid solicitation, nudity of minors, or illegal content. Violations result in immediate removal.
5. Content
You retain ownership of photos and text you upload. You grant Pace a limited licence to host and display this content within the app.
6. Termination
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account anytime from the Me tab.
7. Liability
Pace is provided as-is. We are not liable for offline meetings or third-party interactions originating from chats.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app at least 7 days before they take effect.
